The other week I attended the Chapman Brothers private view at the Hoxton Square White Cube. ‘Jake or Dinos Chapman”. It was a rivalry between the London brothers to see which exhibition you would attend. One held at the Masons Yard White Cube, the other at Hoxton Square. I hadn’t seen any of their work before now, except at Tate Liverpool, although familiar, and I was absolutely blown away with the skill and ideas that were physically exhibited. Their humorous and vulgarity shock and endear with modern times and culture. Our reflections on the past of what we now view in modern society, and their meaning.
